Insurance:

I am now an approved provider for

     - MVA (motor vehicle accident)

     - PIP (personal injury protection)

     - WA State Labor and Industries (L&I) low back pain claims only. Referral required before first visit. Please call, and I'm happy to assist.

I am currently considered an out-of-network provider for other insurances.

Why am I not contracted with insurance? I like the flexibility of offering accessible treatments to diverse communities and if I'm contracted with an insurance company I'm stuck abiding to inflexible fee structures.

Want to bill your insurance company for an out-of-network benefit? See below.

How to submit for a medical reimbursement from your insurance carrier:

  1. Contact your insurance provider to find out if acupuncture is a covered out-of-network benefit.

  2. Look up your annual deductible amount for out-of-network providers.  It can often differ from your annual in-network deductible amount.

  3. Utilize your FSA/HSA to max out tax savings.

  4. After you've completed payment for a treatment, you can submit a 'Superbill' to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

Superbills will be provided upon request.
